From the Wallbox software team, we are always committed to providing the best charging experience to all our customers ensuring a great user experience with the best performance.

From the Mobile team we work on making the My Wallbox mobile app the best option to interact with the Wallbox chargers, allowing the users not just to charge the EV but also to take advantage of a whole world of smart features like Smart schedules, Power boost, Private charge, Monitoring, Analytics, …

We are not only focusing our efforts in providing the MyWallbox user the best experience but also open this experience to any client using Wallbox chargers. Our SDK encapsulates the interaction with the charger and allows our clients to build a custom UI/UX on top of it as well as integrate Wallbox chargers in other apps.

In the Mobile team we are actively working to improve our code, processes, guidelines and CI/CD to make the Mobile a High performing team that could provide benefit to Wallbox and users in an agile and reliable way.

How do we work?

Quality

We apply quality in all the process. All teams have QA members that area actively participating defining Test cases in the refinement stage and assuring that the code is delivered with the expected quality. We write automation tests in parallel to the feature development and we have an Automation farm in house to run CI/CD and guarantee an E2E quality standards.

Chapters

We are organised in multidisciplinary teams around product areas in our day to day work, but we definitely push for having a platform mentality, assuring that both iOS, Android and QA teams have the space to meet, align, discuss, learn, share and build a common culture.

Observability

Our product forces us to have full visibility about what is happening inside our system to be able to give a good service to our customers.

CI/CD

As a team, we have a testing and code quality mindset that allows us to be able to continuous integrate our code with quality standards in order to be production ready.

Data driven mindset

We put the final user in the centre of our product and development. We work on hypotheses that we validate with AB testing and data analysis.
